(the challenge)
Big catalogue, bulk orders, enquiry-first buying.
Buyers choose gifts, welcome kits and hampers by budget and category, and every order starts with an enquiry rather than a checkout. The team needed one place to manage products and follow up.
(the approach)
A custom PHP site for buyers and an admin for the team.
Buyers search, filter by budget and browse categories before sending an enquiry. Behind it, the team manages products and categories, tracks enquiries and checks reports.
