Magento development
Magento stores built for scale
Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source development for retailers with large catalogues, complex pricing or several stores, plus clean, SEO-safe migrations to Shopify when Magento has become more than you need.
What you walk away with
- Magento 2 theme built or refreshed
- Custom extensions where needed
- Faster pages and checkout
- Upgrade and security patch plan
- Migration plan if you're moving on
Is Magento the right fit?
We build on several platforms, so we'll tell you straight when another one suits you better.
(a great fit when)
- You have tens of thousands of products or complex variants
- You sell B2B with customer-specific prices and quotes
- You run several brands, countries or stores from one back end
- You need deep control over the code and hosting
(we'd point you elsewhere if)
- You'd rather not manage servers, upgrades and patchesLook at Shopify
- Your catalogue is small and the brand experience matters mostLook at Shopify

How a build runs
Four stages, with your sign-off at the end of each.
- Step 01
Audit
Code, extensions, hosting and speed: what's working and what's holding you back.
- Step 02
Plan
A clear roadmap: improve Magento, rebuild parts of it, or move to another platform.
- Step 03
Build
Theme, extension and integration work in a staging copy of your store.
- Step 04
Launch
Tested releases, redirects where URLs change and monitoring after go-live.
After launch, we stay
Magento stores run on your own servers, so care matters more here than anywhere. We look after the store, the server stack and every release.
Security patches & upgrades
Adobe's patches and version upgrades applied on staging, tested, then released.
Server stack
PHP, MySQL, OpenSearch, Redis and Varnish tuned and kept on supported versions.
Backups & recovery
Database and media backups, with a written plan to restore the store quickly.
Store monitoring
Uptime, cron jobs, indexers, queues and disk space watched, with alerts.
Extension updates
Compatibility checked before each extension update, so nothing breaks at checkout.
Performance reviews
Page speed and checkout checked monthly, with fixes for anything that slips.
Annual maintenance contract
One agreement, the whole year covered
- One fixed yearly fee, agreed upfront
- Support hours every month for fixes and changes
- Agreed response times, with urgent issues first
- A monthly report of what was done and what's next
- The same team that knows your build

Common questions
Should we stay on Magento or move to Shopify?+
If you rely on complex B2B pricing, huge catalogues or custom logic, Magento may still be right. If upkeep and hosting are the main pain, Shopify often costs less to run. We'll give you an honest comparison for your store.
Do you work with Adobe Commerce as well as Magento Open Source?+
Yes. We work on both, including B2B features, multi-store setups and integrations with ERP and inventory systems.
Can you speed up our existing Magento store?+
Usually, yes. We look at caching, indexing, extensions, images and hosting, and fix the biggest problems first.
Can you work in our time zone?+
Our team is in India and works with clients in the US, UK, Europe, the Middle East and Australia, with overlapping hours for calls and quick replies.
Do you offer Magento support and server maintenance?+
Yes. Under a monthly plan or an annual maintenance contract (AMC), we apply security patches, manage the server stack, monitor cron jobs and indexers, keep backups and fix issues with agreed response times.
